Launch a coin.Build an exchange.
Every coin on OTF opens with its own trading facility. Pick how it matches orders, plug in market makers, and earn execution fees that can buy back the coin.
From coin to exchange
Six steps, in the order a facility comes online.
Launch a coin and its facility
Create a token paired with its own trading facility.
Choose a trading model
Order book, RFQ marketplace, batch auction or a hybrid of them.
Deploy the venue
A trading interface is created with your pairs, fees and execution rules.
Attract liquidity
Connect market makers, liquidity providers and trading agents.
Generate revenue
Execution fees, market access fees and premium trading services.
Buy back the coin
A portion of realized net protocol revenue buys back the associated token.
Launch a facility
Set how your venue matches trades, what it lists and what it charges.
Exchange factory
Anyone can launch a tokenized trading venue in minutes. A community could launch its coin with a facility that specializes in Solana memecoins.
The facility pulls in liquidity from several sources, matches compatible orders and routes trades through its execution engine. Traders use its own interface while market makers compete to supply liquidity, and part of net trading revenue buys back the community's coin. Every facility gets a public dashboard showing:
The $OTF flywheel
Each new venue brings markets, and markets bring the next venue.
- More trading facilities launched
- More markets and liquidity providers
- More traders and trading volume
- More execution fees and revenue
- Revenue funds $OTF buybacks
- More exchange creators attracted
Your own venue, not a listing
Pump.fun made token creation open to anyone. OTF does the same for trading venues.
A typical launch
- A token that lives on someone else's exchange
- No say in fees, rules or matching
- Volume pays another venue
- Nothing to build on
A launch on OTF
- A token tied to its own trading infrastructure
- Your matching model, pairs and fees
- Execution revenue that can fund buybacks
- A venue other traders and makers can use
How OTF earns
Five revenue lines feed the protocol and $OTF buybacks.
Launch strategy
Start on liquidity that already exists, then build the venue out.
Venues on existing liquidity
- Customizable Solana trading interfaces
- Powered by existing DEX liquidity
- Audited execution infrastructure
Independent infrastructure
- Independent order books
- RFQ networks
- Batch auctions
- Autonomous market-making integrations
About the name
"Organized Trading Facility" means something specific in finance.
In some jurisdictions, especially under the EU's MiFID II rules, an Organized Trading Facility is a regulated type of trading venue. A permissionless crypto venue built on OTF does not automatically qualify as one.
Running a venue may require the right regulatory structure where you operate. Trading revenue and buybacks are not guaranteed.
